The same scenario occurs every where starting from the home of an individual to the office or any other type of the work station in any kind of the organisation. In an organisation the network of the communication is formed between when the communication takes place between the various members of the organisation and these contacts between the members forms the communication network. With the help of the communication network one can very easily define the pattern of the contacts of the various staff members in an organisation. The proper type of the network helps in getting the best of the accuracy, speed along with the smoothness when the information is transferred from one end to the other in an organisation.
