Organizational development is a systematic application of the knowledge of behavioural science in the planned development and the reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures and other processes for improving the effectiveness of the organizational.

In encourages collaboration between the leaders and the members of the organization especially the teams that are particular important for accomplishing tasks Organizational development concentrate on the human and social sight of organization but in the process it intervenes in the technological and structural sides of the organizational also.

It focuses on a complete change in the system and views the organization has a complex social system.
